Carmona Beach

Carmona Beach is also called as Zolar Beach.  Carmona beach lyse south of  the Varca beach. The beach located 14kms from the main city Margoa. It is situated in Salcete district of south Goa. Carmona village located along the road of the South Goa.

 

 

About The Beach

Carmona is a name of the small part of the beach in South Goa sea coastline washed by warm water of the Arabian Sea. Carmona Zolar beach is one of the most beautiful beach among the bunch of beaches in Goa. The beach is covered by the white coloured sand which enhances the beauty of the beach. As it is very clean it is one of the best and magnificent beach in Goa. Just like all other beaches it is also covered by many eating joints, beach shacks, party areas where people can enjoy a lot.

 Swimming: Carmona is said to be one of the safe beach for swimming. You can see many peoples enjoying there swimming. Care should be taken by using Life Guards.

 

 Water Sports: You can see many water sports organizers who organises many types of water sports like parasiling, jet skiing, water scooter etc.

 

Fishing: Carmona is ideal place for fishing u can see many local fishermen involving in fishing.

Sun Bathing : Carmona is good place for sun bathing also where peoples can all the facility for sunbathing like chairs, umbrellas etc.

• Carmona Village: Carmona  village is located somewhat far from the beach. You can understand village life , it is located very close to Sal river. The main attraction in this region is a catholic chrch where people  normally visit here in Sundays.
• Church of Nossa Senhora De Socorro: It is located in the centre of the village . The interior and exterior design of church is exceptional and also it is different from other churches.

Night Life: Carmona is one of the hot spot for night life in Goan Beaches. You can see number of parties keep happening in and around the beach. This is one of great spot for the Night Life lovers.

By Road: Carmona is well connected by all the regions of the Goa. One can easily reach Carmona By frequent buses or else can reach here by hiring taxi or Auto rickshaw.

 

By Train: The nearest railway station is Madgaon . From here one can reach Carmona by buses, taxi, or else u can reach by hiring taxi or rickshaw.
